Holiday Clubs

Every year in August we hold a Summer Holiday Club for children of ages 5-11. This year's Holiday Club dates have already been arranged - it will run from 12th to 15th August (registration on the 11th). Below is a description of what happened last year - most years follow more or less the same pattern though the theme is different of course!

Summer Holiday Club 2007

Our summer holiday club last year was called The Story Keepers, which was based on a TV series. The video material featured animated children’s adventures set in the days of the Roman Empire. It was linked with songs, games, crafts, Bible stories and much more! The sessions were from 10am-12 noon on all four mornings and there was a Grand Finale on the Friday to which families were invited, followed by a barbecue. It all went very well and the children really enjoyed it.

We had a total of 41 children registered last year, with 35-38 attending on all days, which was a new record. Hopefully we can break it this year!
